MARIA IS ONE OF THE BEST real estate agents I have ever had to work with. Maria was able to explain the ins and outs of a 1031 exchange far better than any one else. I was selling a summer rental home in NY for a Condo in Maui. I had a lawyer in NY because it is required by law and I had a real estate agent who I had contracted with to sell the house.
The lawyer was not too clear on 1031 exchanges and he could not answer my questions, so I asked Maria and when she would give me the answer I would tell the lawyer. The real estate agent on Long Island was not that great. The house was in a great location and it was going to move no matter what she did.
Compared to the work that Maria did for us in purchasing the new condo on Maui, I would have to say that she was heads and shoulders above both the lawyer and the RE agent.
